I started at ACT to do my level 2 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. It was all completely new as I hadn't worked in care before, but the support that was given to me during that time made me feel confident enough to go forward to do my Level 3. My assessor was brilliant throughout the whole process, whenever I was really struggling with the work she offered me advice and time to understand and when it was coming to a point of finishing my level 3, she gave me the confidence to apply to university for Learning Disability Nursing. Not only was my personal assessor brilliant but the rest of the staff were very helpful when it came to answering any of my questions – whether it was about the work that I was struggling with or advice about what to do next – Thank you!

Our organisation has worked with Karen, Lisa and their team for many years delivering mandatory and bespoke training courses to our staff team. The tutor delivers a professional package which is interactive and fun to do. Most importantly the staff attending are made to feel relaxed, their knowledge and skills are improved, they are more confident in the subject and this is reflected in their work practice. ACT also support our staff with QCF qualifications at level 2 and 3. These qualifications have been delivered through workshops and in-house assessor visits. This method has proven to be very successful with high level instruction and quality support from the tutor. ACT are proactive with new legislation and training requirements. They deliver a high quality,  professional service to our organisation and represent value for money.
